My aging (131K) Outback threw a "Check Engine" brake code after driving through a deep underpass puddle during a downpour. Needed to get it checked out without a prior appointment the next morning. Despite the backlog, my service rep was able to schedule a systems check within a couple of hours. Although there was also transmission harness code, the tech determined there were no safety issues and I was on my way soon.

Seems pricey, $140.00 for oil change & rotate tires. Took about 2 hours. They cleaned the engine & battery terminals which is fine, but added. Another $17 to cost without telling me- total with that was $160.00

Had steering problem that they diagnosed as being due to an alignment problem. They fixed it and sent me full text of measured and corrected caster and camber values of all wheels. Seems to have fixed the problem.
