Got a routine oil change and filter done. I appreciate the tech texting me when the vehicle is in the bay and begining to work on our car. While waiting love the option that states please text with any car concerns. And to top it off the shop does an overall health check and future recommendations of things needed to keep us safe on the road. Great job!

The experience was not great but not the fault of the dealership. The dealership and Danielle were awesome. The dissatisfaction came b/c it took 30 days to get the part from the manufacturer. Danielle and the dealership after part was delayed again rented me a car to drive at no expense to me. Danielle made me the customer feel like they cared and did there best. made me a customer.

We went to AutoNation after our Jeep broke down on I-70 approaching the Eisenhower tunnel in Colorado. We ended up needing to be towed, AutoNation was very professional and helpful for the whole experience. They diagnosed and fixed the car in a day, which was very important to us as we were in a hotel waiting. Highly recommend! Danielle and Daniel were both wonderful to work with.

Paul was very nice and accommodating. My concer n was that when I went outside to go home, the car wouldnt start and was doing the same thing. The service guy and Paul went out and it started right up. Go figure! Hopefully a fluck and wont happen again.

Tires were over infated. Took over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. No shuttle service available and no place to safely walk without crossing busy 4 lane road without crosswalks or stoplight. After oil change the oil level was 1/2 below top full line. Talk with manager and got no satisfaction.
