So disappointed with Markley anymore. Have given them several chances over last couple of years and it's still the same issue. Their "inspection" report tells me things need to be fixed that don't and don't tell me about major issues that do. I'm done.

Kept having problems with battery dying. Had battery replaced several times and Markley thought it might be battery problems. They were able to diagnose it as a very slow parasitic drain from bad sensors in the door handles. Replaced the handles and resolved the problem.

Just recently, bought brand new tires from Markley Motors for my Honda Ridge Line. I discovered a slow leak in my rear tire. Your team fixed the tire, (staple located in tire) no charge, and wash my car. This is why I owned (3) Honda's. Excellent service by your team!

Service advisor was very good at making me aware of the recommended services my vehicle was due for and while is was more than I was first intending to do, they were able to do all of the work in a few hours and combined the services so that I spent less than if I were to do them individually. Nice to know that my vehicle is ready for the road at any time. I also appreciate the multi-point inspection to know my vehicle is safe.

I had a scheduled service appointment for a recall. I walked in and was able to speak to Alex right away who kept me informed. They recommended a couple of other minor things that could be taken care of while my truck was being serviced. The truck was ready even though I returned a little early. Checkout was easy as well.

This is a level of customer service that I would expect from a Lexus or Mercedes dealership - it's hard to believe that they sell Hondas!

The service rep told me my car would take a little longer to complete everything so I was offered a Uber ride to my home. When service was completed which was at the time the service rep said the Uber driver picked me up and took me back. All went smoothly.

Everything was great during the purchase. It was quick and easy. Unfortunately, they sold me a car with a distorted driver side mirror. This turns out to be a known problem with Honda CRVs. I have been in twice to have it fixed, but each time it is still distorted. After 6 weeks, I am still working with them to get it fixed.

Telling me that my paperwork was voided when i picked up my car. Car was dropped off on a wednesday nobody called me, finally on Monday I called and three different people nicked me that they didn't even know my car was in shop. Tuesday they finally called me to tell me I could pick up vehicle. They all lied. Next day my car would not start!

All was good until I went to fill my windshield washer fluid I notice a lot of pinkish corrosion on my battery positive cable Thank goodness Tom answered my phone call and directed me on what to do I believe that the tech should have cleaned this up when he checked the battery

The folks at Markley were exceptionally polite and professional...to the degree that we could easily arrange to visit our son in Fort Collins again at a point in time that we need the next change. They were that great to deal with. Even washed the car after the oil change and tire rotation. Outstanding!

Replaced the clutch assembly etc. The repair radically changed how smooth the engine runs. The engine now runs like a laundry washing machine out of balance. Spent an $800 to fix the problem by replacing engine mounts. Didn't fix the actual problem. Of Got tired of wasting money.

I have always taken my Hondas to Markley Motors and have real good service until this last time I do not think my 2023 Accord Hybird ever made into there shop . They kept it for hours and when I picked it up the next day all they said that it was to new of a car and they didn't know how to fix it.
