The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Communication skills are awful, the technicians don't care to find the problems with the vehicle. It really seemed like they just wanted to get me and my truck out of their hair as fast as possible witch is wired because it took 8 days to get my truck back and none of the issues were addressed. I will never do business at any other AutoNation dealership ever again.

The person who received me didn't even know why I was there. When I told him he was trying to sell me a service. I had to show him my email. Then he glanced at it. I told him exactly what I needed done. When my vehicle was ready he didn't show me a receipt of what had been done. He simply said they would email me my receipt?? I'm still waiting for that receipt.

The customer service guys want to help. I was charged for labor cost($200 per hour) for programming a door switch. I should have been charged a programming fee at much less than $200.

The service tech refused to change the spark plugs as requested the breaks so the car 2days later went into limp mode and I had to do it myself coming out of pocket for tools and plugs that should have been replaced under warranty.

Autonation always has Excellent customer service I just wish that they had where they could do a live video of your vehicle while its getting serviced as in what they recommend or what services theyre doing to your car and then send you the video through email they do that procedure at the mini Cooper dealership so maybe they could do the same thing at the AutoNation Chevrolet North Its something to consider for the customers .

Don't go unless you plan on spending a few hours there to see maybe 1-2 cars. Salesman kept saying he couldn't find the keys when the truth was the car was on the rack. He then showed us an FWD when we had specifically said we would only buy an AWD.

Wow these guys were really good!!! Drove up and in less than 3 hours they had all 3 recalls repaired. After 2 months everything seems to be working well and honestly we never had a problem before the recalls. Time will tell how long the GM fix lasts but am impressed so far, car is working great.
