Terrible! I am trying to get the issue resolved with my car, I am going on the third time taking it in It still leaks fluid!. Also, I had new tires put on my car, they did a very sloppy job! They left them with white stuff all over. I would expect them to look new and clean!!

Service is always excellent. Mike and the service team really go above and beyond consistently. No matter my issue I feel certain that the diagnosis of my vehicle is done accurately and explained perfectly. BMW Visalia is out of my way but I can rely on their honest, thorough inspections with professional and courteous results done timely that make the 40 minute drive worth it.

I really liked the transparency that Mike gave me about the issues with my 2011 550i that I recently purchased from a third party dealership. I didnt feel like there was any issues that he was trying to tell me that wasnt present in my vehicle. Even though it took longer than I was quoted at first, I felt confident that they were actually getting the issues in my car fixed. Thanks for taking care of my car!

It's not bmw if it's not leaking oil. They took it in found the leak fixed the problem. Then had a separate issue when I left. Put me in a loaner car and ran test and fixed the issue. Great service can't find any complaints

Check in was smooth and the job was done by the end of the day. A voicemail that was left on my phone did not go through and I was unable to pick up my car until the next day. No problem didn't need it anyway.

Poor customer service from the moment walked in the door. No hello or introduction. Wanted to charge for services that are included in maintenance. Did not know car history or bother to look. Rude and condescending. I am not sure what happened to BMW of Visalia, or BMW in general, however, to be better you have to make customer service a priority. Unfortunately, I have to take another day to have my car serviced somewhere else.
