Requested tire rotation. Jesus, the service person acknowledged my request and completed the regular service work order. At home when I reviewed the completed service report, it did not include the tire rotation. Also, the previous service did not include tire rotation. WHY!!

Service member were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what was wrong with my car and while I only needed one tire, it would be best to replace two tires. That way the wear on the rear tires would be the same.

Car left at dealer because it would not start. Dealer fixed starter that had a recall. I picked up Honda Ridgeline after the weekend. It would not start. It needed a new battery. They should have tested the battery.

Service is fast and easy. Most I wait is about an hour but that is because I go early in the mornings.
One thing that I do have a small complaint about is that my tire rotation does not get logged into the system and here onto carfax so it make me wonder if that part of the service is being done or not.

Honda of Santa Maria has the WORST service department I've ever been to. I have been going in for almost a year to get my tires rotated, and they falsified their documents, claiming they did the rotations when they weren't! I marked each tire with a paint pen before bringing it in, and when I got it back, none of the tires had been rotated. My front tires were almost bald, and my rear tires had at least 50% tread left, which told me that they had NEVER rotated my tires. They also claimed that they performed an alignment check on my car, and that was a lie as well. Not only could they not find the documentation of it, but the inner side of my front tires were so worn down, the inner cords of the tire were showing! My family had been driving on tires that were ready to pop for an unknown amount of time. The service manager, Sergio, laughed when I told him my concern for my families safety with their blatant negligence on my tire wear. Do NOT ever go to Honda of Santa Maria for service. The service manager also told me the mechanics turnover rate is huge, because many of the mechanics wrongly document and don't perform work they are supposed to do. This place is unsafe and needs to be audited.
