History of not fixing problems correctly. Requiring multiple follow up visits to accomplish what should have been accomplished the first visit. My advice is to avoid and seek a different location.

The agent is very knowledgeable and really helpful to help to decide which coupon i should use for the services to get the optimum discount. I waited at the lounge where i have a desk space and free wifi to work. The car was dirty inside and outside as we just came back from our camping trip with the little one. When we picked the car, it was cleaned and vacuumed! Bonus. Very good service.

I received an oil change with a coupon. I was checked in within 5 minutes of arrival at my reservation time. The expected wait time during lunch was ~2hrs. I got a call while I was still having lunch informing me that the car was ready. They did an excellent job handling my car and service. I'd definitely come back.

Sunroof is no longer working caused by fuses no replaced correctly after paying 2500$ in repairs got the car back not even a car wash/ sunroof no longer open-close I was charged for 3 fuses cost of maybe 3$ it s not the money here class is what say is missing here

The regular maintenance was performed quickly with no issues. They left a small oil spot on the engine cover which I cleaned right away. Not a big deal, however. It was a simple maintenance, it is quite hard to make it wrong. 4 stars because of oily spot this time.

I had no issues so far with this dealer. Staff is nice, work is being performed as needed. It is worth to say that I have not done any heavy repairs - only maintenance work (oil change, spark plugs, etc.). However, so far so good. I see no reasons to do not give them 5-star rating.

I'm always very happy with the service at Steven's Creek Volkswagen. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably competitive for a dealer in the middle of Silicon Valley. The Parts team is great, too. They also have a new sales manager, who seems much more on top of things than the previous manager, so I now highly recommend this dealership.

Unknown of transmition oil change and just went with its ok without know if it has been done a transmition fluid flush been a dealership should be able to say no but lets do it for a safety my opinion its that they just want to sell the car and when its sold they dont help the client my opinion if you buy a car ther make sure you ask as many questions as you cand and have paperwork to be sure they do wat they say..

Mo Galang is a great service writer at Stevens Creek Volkswagen, backed up by Joe Castelino, the Service Manager. They dont coerce you into service add-ons that you dont need, and the labor rate is pretty reasonable for the heart of Silicon Valley. The techs have a good understanding of Volkswagen performance and they stock Neuspeed performance parts, which is great.

Service was quick and very efficient. Price for an oil change was a very good deal@ $69.99. However, a 90,000 mile service jumps to $220 and all that was different was lubrication and tire rotation. That service is over priced in my opinion. Service was complete in 35 minutes.
