Errors in the service details provided to you. Further, my records weren't in good order at dealership either which was strange since I've always had the car serviced there. There were a couple of sloppy items like floor mat not in place and mixed messages on when car was ready and settling invoice. Also too much schmoozing.

I feel that the price does not meet the service offered at this dealership. My truck takes 3 quarts over the standard service quantity and they charged $60 per quart. As well as other previously included items in the multi point inspection and service. $16 to refill my window washer fluid. Come on. I feel like they just nickel and dime me for this 160k mile service.

Tech missed a dying battery. a few days later, what I was told was a healthy car, needed another jump. Tested the battery at autozone and it was bad. I thought I would get quality diagnostics at the dealership and am dissapointed. Should have just swapped the battery myself and skipped the dealership. Friendly service advisor though.

Their service people were all polite and helpful. There was a nice waiting area for me to sit in as I waited for my car to be serviced, and they gave me an estimated time when my car would be ready for pick up. When it was finished, they notified me my a text, then drove the car back to me so I could drive it home. They are very organized, and the experience was very easy and pleasurable.

The service is good - the prices? there is no 'complementary" wash anymore. but they keep my car in running condition. no matter how long you've been with them or how many cars you've bought . We use to be able to get a loaner - on occasion. in general the service staff is friendly.

Expensive and wanted us to go through unnecessary service for the mileage (brake fluid exchange and CVT fluid replacement). We contacted another auto service shop that recommended postponing it for an additional 40k miles unless future service inspections would inform us to do it sooner.

Overall good. A little pricey but I trust that their work does make up for it. It's just a little bit disappointing that they haven't addressed or noticed that two of the tires are already bad the fact it was quite a big maintenance package (100k), so I had to return couple weeks later to get it replaced.

Person who handled my car went into my glove compartment and took out some papers, don't know exactly what for now. Had the glove compartment locked. Also opened the truck and took some thing out. (Bags that I use to shop with.) I had to wait for my car little over 5hrs. This will be my last time at this station. The man who I seen when I got there was good and very professional.

It was a smooth transition from when I pulled up at service drive to the time it was done. Everyone was polite and friendly and the prices are very good but the best part was that they didn't try to sell something that I didn't need. I highly recommend Steven's Creek Toyota.

On the side note still need improvements on the diagnosis since the problem I have mentioned was not able to identify the first day which ended more labor charges . Excellent service to car, as always. Service advisor went above and beyond to honor expired coupon and keep service costs manageable. Didn't get pressure sales to buy thousands of extra preventative maintenance like at other dealerships. Worth coming back here just for that. Their fish are nice too.

It was really bad, the service only care about theirs commission, They try to sale lots of things to me. They even saved 1bottle engine oil for my car that I found from my mechanic cause my car have low oil only have 4quart or not the right one 4.3 quart.
