They advertised a $139 "works": oil change. Then claimed it did not apply to my car and wanted $190. Then changed their mind when I asked to talk to the manager. Then after the inspection... which found nothing wrong... They wanted to do $800 worth of unnecessary work.. They are liars and crooks and CARMAX should be ashamed of working with a company like them. SHAME on CARMAX and Mossy for being liars and crooks.

I have to apologize for making this review so late because I should have ran to the review board to scream how great my service was at Mossy. The service team was so friendly and helpful as always. The service rep i worked with in particular was especially helpful in navigating my warranty on my tires and brakes and explaining the process along the way. Mossy, keep up the stellar service!!

Very poor communication and when brought to the attention of the service manager, he was defensive and dismissive. Sent a email to the GM and that resulted in no response. Took it to Kearney Mesa Ford and it was handled professionally and complete. Shame on Mossy.

Generally good people but there is a lack of follow-through and follow-up. I have had my vehicle in here numerous times and trying to get status updates or information is extremely difficult. Any service requires leaving my vehicle in the shop for at least a week, no matter what the issue is and another week to repair. If the reps would communicate more frequently, this wouldn't be an issue.

Mossy was acommodating for the day & time I needed. I was met by Fred who was friendly, professional, and explained what my recall service included. The repair was completed within a few hours, and Fred informed me of other potential service I may need for the near future. All in all, very happy with the bussiness I had to do with Mossy and Fred. On time and on budget. Work appears to have been to spec. I have used Mossy for decades and compared to their competitors, they are hands down better than the rest. The old dealer (stealer) model is dead and these dealerships need to wake up and realize that fair pricing and a direct sales model that avoids all of the sleaze is what we want and demand in order to do business with them.

They had my truck for 3 weeks. Didn't start working on it until the end of the 2nd week. One item it was there for was not addressed or fixed. I do not recommend using this dealership for service related issues. Nick named it the poor service department

I bring my 2017 Ford Focus to Mossy because they have excellent service the vehicle I purchased from them was in excellent condition and I have my oil changes done at Mossy also. However on my last visit the windshield washer fluid reserves was not filled with fluid.
