I went in for a smog and oil change. After 3hours of waiting I was told that they could not do the smog because their machine was not working. If they would have told me that upfront I could have rescheduled instead of finding someone else to do the smog.

They did the work satisfactorily. Even though I made an appointment It took far too long to change oil and rotate tires - 2 hours while I waited. I wasn't notified that the work was complete,I had to go inquire with the service advisor if the work was done. Not sure how long it would have taken had I not inquired. I have had better service at other dealerships in Utah and Maryland.

I had the dealer check out why my hybrid was getting lower gas mileage. I was told that an analysis would cost approximately $199. I received a call my vehicle was operating normally and no issues were found. When I picked my vehicle up I was informed that I was not charged for the analysis.

My car was not washed or detailed. My car was dusty and had streaks in the dirt. When I went to pick up my car I was given my key and said your car is somewhere on that side. I had to walk around to find it. They seemed more concerned about me paying 2 grand for maintenance then fixing the recall. I will give 3 stars for having the repair done in 1 day.

Pretty good. I didn't notice until I left that the radio was set to Sirious XM. I don't have that service nor do I want it. I can't figure out how to get my regular stations back. I guess I'll have to make another trip back to Roseville.
