I had already booked my appointment before my visit. However, no service advisor was ready to take and I was running around which is so frustrating. After service or check, there was no car wash and when checked, the advisor said the washer is not working which was hard to believe. Overall, it wasnt a great experience and I wonder what kind of service they do inside. I will think twice before visiting this place

The Nissan dealership staff worked very closely with me for a transmission warranty issue. We worked as a team Client/ Dealership staff and management. The dealership staff and management helped resolve the warranty issue and the transmission was replaced. Dealership management /staff did an excellent in handling this issue. Premier Nissan makes so many changes, every time you take the vehicle for servicing, they have a new thing - for example the way of payment - credit cards are charged extra 3%. The Service Advisor was NOT so helpful. He was rude meaning to say you could take the vehicle for servicing some where else. Not a good experience at all.
