I contacted dealership in the morning for them to get back to me by noon as i m outside the area by over 2 hours, so i didn't want to make an no-necessary drive. I asked for additional pictures and at the end of their business day i was told it had sold. Sales person didnt know the status of the inventory

Even after having an appointment I had to wait for 3 hours for my vehicle to get in for service and in total it took them 6.5 hours (3 hours to take the vehicle in then 3.5 hours to change front brake pads and battery)

Service was really good. Happy with Ariel, the service advisor as well. Honda should absolutely cover the entire A/C system with an extended warranty but that has nothing to do with the service.
