I was greeted by a friendly service technician, and assured that my SUV would be inspected soon. As I waited for the vehicle, I asked a salesman to show me a new car, but they didn't have any of that model (Sienna) on the lot. I took a walk in the neighborhood and shortly after I returned, my SUV was finished.

Took my car in for an airbag recall. Ended up having to get a new tire, which was $200!! Had to wait for two hours or so to pick up my car. After picking up my car, I noticed that the technicians left something hanging under my glove department. Not sure if my passenger's airbag will deploy.

Very attentive team, even with long lines they were moving quicklyto get everyone checked in. My service advisor Assa Melendez answered all my questions and was patient with me (I like to know what is going on with my vehicle and exactly what I'm paying for). Communication was excellent with the changes of repairs needed, link and approval process worked perfectly.

Toyota in Escondido changes 140.00 for oil change only. I use to live in Indio CA and go to the two Toyota dealers in the area. The oil change service along with rotation balancing and other complements were 65.00 I recently di one in the area for $70.00 Escondido Toyota dealer is a ripoff..

Always an upfront estimate. Cool air conditioning room to wait in while the car is serviced. Disappointed for the First time my car was not washed when returned to me. John said I has to ask from now on. Big mistake I believe. Always felt they thanked you for bringing in your car to be serviced and you left feeling that it was worth the time , cost and effort to go back to the dealership then to seek out other places of business

Pat Kelly, the mgr, was good but the tech advice was way off base. Recommended 5 k cost for repairs, turn out my regular mechanic did it for 700$. Last time i see any Toyota dealer for service.
