The service and service technicians were good as always. From a fine-tuning perspective: an estimate of time at 1.5 hours turned into 2.5 hours. Also I would expect a nicer offering of refreshments. I used to go to the Audi dealership in Santa Monica and it was a true pleasure to wait for my car. Remember, little things can go a long way.

Not happy, they sold me the car that had manufactured defects, the AC wasnt working at all. At the test drive the sales person told me its something with the settings and it was my first Mercedes didnt know so I trusted him when i took the car home next day went back mentioned the AC is not working had to leave the car for 3-4 days to get one of the AC motors changed.
