Typical 1980's style "car saleman presentation" This style is so out of favor and the very reason people despise visiting the dealer. Many e mails and never received a straight answer; "what is the -out-the-door-price- call, visit make test drive... on and on. I live nearly 1000m from dealership, proof, they never read your e mails. Every time an inquiry, the base price went up. They play the customer as if they are stupid, then if they sell it, they laugh as you drive out the lot, "sucker", This attitude toward customers has sprung new options for buyers, carmax, car gerus, on line purchasing specialist, visits to car dealerships is a waste of time, resources and an opportunity for the sales "team: to trap the customer and put them in the spin machine. Sort of interrogation for 6 hours then admit to a crime, just to get out of there, same tactic ....

Got a call from one of the salesman. Not a pleasant experience. The man I spoke to did not care about listening to me . He kept talking and would hardly allow me to get a word in. He acted as they had so many people interested in buying this truck and the price was a steal. That they would not go down in price. Two days later they dropped the price down $1000. This salesman is a joke. There are millions of car dealerships to have to deal with cookie cutter salesman.

Been working with Tony Thompson since May 29th when I paid him $46,000 cash for a 2007 Hummer H2 SUT He was suppose to deliver upon my deposited check into his bank account. It is now June 2nd and I still do not have my vehicle but he has my $46,000. For the past 4 days he has said he was delivering my vehicle and everyday its a different excuse as to why he failed to deliver my purchased vehicle. I dont know how to remedy this situation. Hope Im not out $46,000 & have nothing to show for it.
