I got in at the scheduled time and the service was completed before the estimated completion time. Hannah also went over the completed services, potential services needed, but didn't pressure me to get them done right then, which I appreciated. Every time I go in, she always gives me superior service as a service advisor.

They're your typical dealer looking only to make extra money off their customers with the usual sales tactics and try to convince you into coming in to the dealership instead of just answering a simple question on how much the vehicle is out the door.

They said rear brake pad was at 4mm and front 9mm. Wife was worried, so I bought new pads from Advanced Auto ( top of the line ) could hardly see a difference !!!!!!!! I guess this is how you hope to get repair business , by scarring the female customers ????????

I got screwed because of their mess up.. they left me with unsafe tires and I'm a senior citizen.. they kept me there an hour and a half so they could tell me their not gonna do anything.. they jacked me good left my vehicle in terrible working order ( struts left loose ) and it jacked my tires.. worst deal terrible service and far as I'm concerned they owe me 750 dollars

The customer service was very good. The only thing I wish they had was a shuttle service to the nearest shopping centers or restaurants. There is no sidewalks in the heavily used Herndon avenue where the shop is located. Walking would be too dangerous.

Only came here because I have warranty through them. They only work on non-Nissan vehicles Thursday and Fridays if you can get an appointment. They had my car for a week and didn't work on it. I had to call multiple times just to get an update on my car. Luckily my car still has a manufacture warranty and I took it to Honda North. They were able to fix my car the same day I took it in.
