Service just got worse that any expectations. represented was NOT friendly at all and in rush even it wasn't busy. they don't offer the lyft ride anymore !, what happened to the complimentary car wash ! I just wished I went somewhere else closer to home to change oil and services !

Great service, only minor issue was the attempt to upsell to include the tire rotation. I scheduled a synthetic oil change only online but the service writer initially wrote it as oil change and tire rotation (recommended service). Don't assume, either write up what was scheduled or ask first.

Great customer service, eveyone was very kind. I went in for an oil change and wash but when I picked up my car it had not been washed and the settings were not reset so my car still shows oil change is needed. I'm not sure how to reset it so I'll have to look on you tube. Other than that the timing was good only 2.5 hr wait and everyone was nice and welcoming.

They took my vehicle for 4 days and did nothing to it. Thee also gave me my vehicle back with the service engine soon light on. Called them to fix the problem and they told me to take my vehicle to a dealership or basically fix the problem myself. If I could give them a lower rating I would.

They couldnt figure out why my car alarm goes off by itself but was told they turn down the sensitivity of it and the same day at night it chirped. They said they clear the message on the navigation screen but when I got my car it showed the message. Basically I dont think they did anything to my car because I just got them in a lie saying that they fix this and that.

Regular oil change. Mechanic didn't close the air box so the check engine light came up and I had to go back. My car has 34k miles and they recommended both rear rotors and brakes to be changed for $489. I declined and to my local mechanic who told rotors are good and changed rear brakes for total of$122.. how's that..

the Technician who serviced went beyond the call of duty. been haveing a clacking noise from the front end suspension but didnt tell the dealership about it just wanted tires rotated and a transmission fluid flush. next day expecting to hear the noise there was none. he must of seen the problem and just fixed it nocharge. I mean WOW!!! THANK YOU Mazda of Cerritos.
