I would give a zero star review if it were available. I feel like it was a bait and switch. The car wasn't available. Why wasn't the ad deleted? This has happened to me so many times. I don't even believe any dealer that does this and will not have anything to do with them. Don't offer me another car that isn't even like the other. It is scam advertising.

They add on a tint and etching fee after you negotiate our final price, and they say you have to pay it. We was looking for a 2016 used car. The price was almost 800.00. I said why should I pay for something I didn't want or ask for. They said because that is there policy. I asked how do you put tint on top of the tint that came with the car when it was purchased? Typical response was because. To all people DO NOT BE SUCKERS AND PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU DONT WANT OR ASK FOR!!! The only place I found that doesn't charge for that BS is Auto Nation. I have yet to buy a car and will continue to look just not at any dealership that adds these type of ridiculous fees. It is ONLY A CASH GRAB for the dealership.

A long ordeal. Though we had set an appointment to see 2 to 3 pre-owned 2017 Rouges,the cars were not ready to be test driven. My wife & a young sales rep walked all over the parking lot, found each car finally & my wife drove 3 Rouges. At that point, we began to negotiate for one Rouge my wife liked. This process of back & forth negotiating with 4 separate levels of sale & management. After 5 hours my wife & I walked out. We were exhausted, fed up with the sales games, & the duplicity we experienced. We felt trust with only one sales manager we negotiated with at Coulter Nissan.
