Excellent experience as always. I had a four wheel alignment and had a hood strut installed. I waited and the time was reasonable. They washed my car when finished with the work. I had a coupon special for the alignment. Colette Perrone my service advisor did her usual great job.

Excellent service as always. I have been going here for about 8 years. Colette Perrone is an excellent service advisor and always treats me right. They do the job right and get me out in a reasonable time. I drive about 60 miles to get my service done at this dealership. This is also where I bought my preowned car in in 2015.

we made an appointment for 9:30 AM. The car was never taken in to do the work until noon. People who were sitting there got in before the people with appointments. This happened when we scheduled an oil change as well. Why bother making appointments. Very inefficient.
Our license plate fell off in the car wash and wasn't noticed until we called asking where out license was.

It is so nice to be greeted by an employee of Liberty Buick when you pull into the service bay. The greeter lets your service rep know you are here and in just a few minutes Matt, my rep, comes out and lets me know how long it will take. When I pick up my car, Matt lets me know what was done and has the paper work ready for me to sign. I then go out to my waiting car that has been nicely washed. Great!

They were super slow, my appointment was at 9 am & I was there until 1230 PM! I even had to ask twice what was taking so long, and I ended up missing another appointment i had scheduled. Very disappointing on this service considering i had an appointment! Then to top it off the lady tried to give me someone else's keys!

You cannot beat the service personnel at Liberty Buick. They are friendly and genuinely care that the service received is better at Liberty than anywhere else.
