Purchased 2024 RX 350h Luxury. Service department "Chris" did window tint, installed clear shield. Also installed Lexus Dash cam, very happy with workmanships'. Also had the technology personnel to teach me how to setup and use dash camera and safety systems setup and use that is installed in the New RX 350h. Very Happy with service.

They took care of my "Check Engine Light" problem and reset the OBD warning light. I needed a new gas cap. Very hospitable waiting area with complimentary refreshments available.

I was satisfied with the 25,000-mile service that was performed but disappointed that no free loaner was available as usual. Also, the 15% Costco service discount only provided -$9.29 off, leaving a $324 balance owed. The only exclusion according to the coupon was the oil change portion of the service. The discount should've been higher in my opinion. The Costco Auto Program is going to investigate it and get back to me.

So at 1 pm, the Family SUV was loaded up for our Annual road trip to California, when the Lexus would not start. A quick call to Arrowhead Lexus, and a drive to Arrowhead, where Lee Haralson said they would take care of the problem. Despite it being Friday afternoon, Lee handled my dilemma (and antsynish) perfectly! My battery & Lexus checked out with no problem. I was soon on my way to get family and head for our vacation!! Went in to find an engine flutter noise and a squeal in the brakes. Mechanic was friendly but the service writer was not, didn't have a loner car and then...did. Mechanic found no problems with the car but did suggest a heat shield flutter at hi rpm, but no source for brake squeal. Brakes squealed out of the parking lot. No fixes at the Lexus dealer. Going to Christian Brothers for shield noise when oil is changed.

From the moment you arrive, someone immediately acknowledges you, and welcomes you. You are offered an array of snacks and beverages in a clean comfortable waiting room. My service representative Harold was quick ahd efficient and very accomodating. Even though it's the dealer and you will pay more, it's well worth it for my comfort and piece of mind that the job will be done right.
