I know it's their job but sometimes I feel like they try to upsell you into things you don't need or want just to make an extra buck. I often wonder if they aren't on commission because of their attitude about selling things you don't really need, at least not immediately.

I had a recall item and Arrowhead Honda was very diligent in reminding me that I needed to get the issue fixed. They were able fit me in at the last minute and also replace my transmission fluid. Check-in was quick and smooth and their estimated time of completion was spot on.

My battery died at a doctors office. I had AAA start the car and called Dan Thomas at Arrowhead Honda and he said it was a battery and to come on in. They replaced it prorated by warranty, washed my car and had me out in an hour. Excellent service as usual.

seemed good.. the tailgate on my Ridgeline was NOT unlocking.. I have a tonau cover that locks down also..which is great by the way..and the technician thought THAT was the problem...The endgate IS unlocking and locking again.. I believe...that this IS a malfunctiioning (sp) problem..and might happen again.. crossing my fingers..will always be apprehensive...Bob Hauser

This was a routine visit. I made an appointment and waited in the lobby. I needed some hose replacement so they gave me a rental. It was fixed before I had a chance to drive the rental around, lol. So, returned the rental, picked up my car, and went home. I came in a good mood and returned home in a good mood.

1.Advisor is not aware of coupon price for the oil change. I went online to show him. He said he is not aware that they have one for oil change 2. Waiting time was about 3 hours but no courtesy vehicle to drop me back home. I had to take taxi / do other arrangements by my own

The oil change itself was fine, however the service director refused to honor a coupon that clearly stated "We match any competitor's coupons" and "We accept any service coupons you receive from anyone" According to him "any coupons" and "anyone" only meant other dealers. Two emails to the general manager went unanswered. They lost my business over $25, I won't be back.

Service was excellent, but somewhat expensive as would be expected at a dealership. The service adviser, Divac Abdisho, was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The waiting area provided fresh donuts, coffee, tea and water for free, along with other snacks in a vending machine. The shuttle ride was quick, the driver was friendly, experienced, safety minded, and the shuttle car was a nice clean late model Honda Odyssey.

Never received a vehicle inspection report. This car has only 16,000 miles and they want to change brake fluid and antifreeze. That sounded un-reasonable. The charge to simply change the oil and a tire rotation was over $90.00 They said the honor a coupon price. Well Bell honda offers a coupon special for $49.00

Grant took care of my maintenance service quickly and efficiently. I had to wait for my car in their waiting room where they have coffee, drinks and pastries. The wait was no longer than an hour and they washed my car as well. Very good experience this time and all the times before!
