Car was listed online one day prior to contacting the dealer. When inquiring they informed me it had already been sold at auction but they have plenty of trucks to choose from. Felt like a bait and switch tactic. Why list it if you are just going to take it to auction?

Simple door check part ($35) replaced. Over a month for them to order the part. It should have taken <15 minutes and that's what they told me. It took over an hour and only after I told them I wanted to leave with or without the part. Then I find that they cracked my door panel ($500). I called and left a message, but they couldn't be bothered to respond. I will never take my truck back for service.

I felt very pressured. They promised things that they couldnt deliver. They assured me I would get a certain interest rate and payment but then days later, they called and said I would have to have a higher interest rate & car payment. I feel like they promise anything just so you will drive the vehicle home.
