Been 2 weeks and they for parts that they said would be in within a week took 2 years to finally fix my door arm rest and failed to fix my steering wheel cover like they said they would ! My first Chevy and last will never buy a Chevy from this dealership ever again . 2 years just to fix door arm rest SMH and they have the audacity to ask me if I want trade in my truck for a new one ! Well no never again will I ever buy a Chevy

The Technician was very helpful, but I was extremely upset that I was in the shop 38 days after paying $12,000 for a car to spend another $1700 on the transmission computer and when I spoke to the manager he said there was nothing he could do, absolutely ridiculous.

I have experienced quality repair as the normal for the Gateway Service Department. I like that my Advisor is straightforward. If customers were to say that everyone in the Sales Department, and finance are just as straightforward, it would tie as the Number 1 Chevrolet dealer in the valley, next to Van.

Appointment was easily made. Service advisor was courteous and quickly responded with what was needed to be repaired. They found a few items I was not aware of that needed to be fixed. All issues that needed repair was done so in a reasonable amount of time. I would use them again in the future.

had an appointment at 10 am for an oil change and tire rotation got there at 9: 45. and didn't get out till 2:25 pm and they still didn't rotate my tires. paid for 2 new filters to be installed and I'm not sure if they were changed along with my oil change as they didn't reset my dashboard to indicate it was completed. I REALLY DON'T CARE FOR THE SERVICE AT GATEWAY IF YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE SEE CHAD AT SANDS

Brakes issues were not listed on my paperwork, I had to ask about it then was told I had hot spots. Then my battery died yesterday so Im assuming it wasnt checked during the inspection. Was told even though I bought the car there that they cant work on my car even though I have warranty. Walmart does a better job than the dealership which is a shame.

For some reason every single time I take my truck to get one of the free oil changes it always pops up another engine light and the repairs are absurd. I can tell theres something shady going on because Ive talked to some of family members who service their vehicles there and the same thing. Cant believe they are this greedy.

The oil change and tire rotation went well no problems everyone was very helpful. Check in was smooth and the waiting area clean and inviting. My service advisor explained the delay, and offered transportation to and from home, which I declined and waited. I will use Gateway Chevrolet for my GM product service now and in the future.
