For a simple oil change, tire rotation, and inspection scheduled as a waiter took 6.5 hours. Kept asking Conner, the service person why it wasn't done or even started. He never bothered to get up out of his chair until another advisor got involved at 2:30pm. They finally started around 3pm when the vehicle had been there since 10:30am with an 11am appt.

Although service was completed, my car sat in the parking lot for over 45 minutes. This included the time I had to wait after seeing my car in the lot and calling to confirm the status. In the meantime, Im receiving calls about trading my car in and a response to an online inquiry about the Toyota Crown.

Been a couple years since this visit. I will tell you that Jennifer really took care of me. She suggested spark plugs in addition to the oil change throttle body cleaning as I was having some cold start shutter. Man, she nailed it. My car is a rocket again. Some times you just got to listen to the advisor and trust them. Good job!

Service was excellent! Only complaint I have was related to changing out PVC valve, the cost of labor($800) to replace a $25 part needs to be reviewed! Car is in excellent condition and I will continue to use Leith Toyota for repairs!
