Verified Consumer Ratings Used to Name Second Annual CARFAX Top-Rated Service Centers
CENTREVILLE, Va. (March 15, 2021) – CARFAX is honoring the best of the best of the nation’s auto service centers based on expectational customer experiences. This award is generated from verified reviews from CARFAX Car Care members after having work done at a service center. The 2020 CARFAX Top-Rated Service Centers received an average of 4.7 stars out of a possible five stars.
Car owners can use these ratings to identify CARFAX Top-Rated Service Centers when they’re looking to get maintenance done on their vehicles.
“This is the second year for our Top-Rated program, and we’re excited to recognize the service centers that are so strongly focused on customer care,” said Mike Liou, head of Service Marketing at CARFAX. “We have 16 million active Car Care members using this program to better maintain their vehicles with information such as maintenance and recall alerts. It’s their feedback that was used to select this elite group, and our goal is to continue to help car owners make confident decisions about who takes care of their car.”

This week, CARFAX Top-Rated Service Centers around the country are receiving word of this honor. As winners, they will have access to a suite of custom CARFAX Top-Rated Dealer digital assets that will help them share their excellent ratings from CARFAX Car Care in their online presence, including social media using #CARFAXtopshop.
