2016 Infiniti Recalls
June 28, 2016 – As of late June, Nissan recalled over 28,000 Infinity vehicles due to potential steering system problems.
- 2014-2016 Infiniti Q50 & Q50 Hybrid
May 1, 2016 – Nissan issued a recall on over 3 million vehicles, including certain Infinity models, in the U.S. due to potential airbag sensor problems in certain models.
- 2013-2017 Infiniti QX60
- 2013-2017 Infiniti Q50
- 2013 Infiniti JX35
Infiniti Takata Recall Update
Infiniti has open recalls on over one million cars (including Nissan models) as part of the Takata Airbag recall.
This recall was expanded as of May 2015 with the announcement that approximately 34 million cars on US roads are equipped with defective airbags manufactured by Takata.
Models affected by this recall include the I30 (2001-2004), I35 (2001-2004), QX4 (2002-2003), FX35 (2003-2005), FX45 (2003-2005), M35 (2006), and M45 (2006).
