Sales person was great. Test drive was wonderful. Undisclosed damage on vehicle was less than desirable. Pictures purposely did not show the damage.

The service was timely, all items were done well. They found an additional issue (door handle problem) door still operates well, however had parts ordered and appointment for next week. Connie Duer facilitated everything in a highly professional and courteous manner.

Service was prompt and efficient. Brakes are now new and ride handles great. They also replaced the key fobs and ignition module which was required due to a recall. They also replaced the failed stow-n-go seating module so our rear seats will stow properly.

When I picked up the truck the inside had a coating of dust on dash as someone left the drivers window open also speedometer had 4,447 on it. Someone drove it 2 miles after the oil change.
