Toyota Experts who also drive them personally and working on them seems like a passion. Quickly diagnosed and fixed issues that the local Toyota dealer couldn't sort out. Also willing to install a part I provided which was super helpful. We are new in town and now I know why the ratings are so consistently high for this private shop!

They knew who I was when walking in the door. They thoroughly answered my questions no matter that it hurt to hear. I didn't have a car for the day and they explained that I could use their loaner car, a huge plus. The online scheduling and reminders, and value of car, miles used, etc are excellent. NOW if you only would clean the outside and inside of my car!!! (That was a joke).

Great customer care and no issues with service. I really appreciate having a concierge (Landon) explaining things to me and making my drop off/pick up an easy pleasure. My car is always cleaner than I left it when I pick it up.

I scheduled nearly a month in advance when there was no one else on the schedule and it still took all day for just an oil change to be completed. Not sure why I had to leave it in the morning. Still waiting to hear from them if the tire pressures were checked and what psi they are set at. I know they are a great shop, but I would like to hear from them.

The experience was great except for the fact that my wheel covers were not replaced correctly. I lost one almost immediately. The shop manager has said they will reimburse me for the replacement. Not easy finding one wheel cover. Despite the loss, I'll continue to have Import Performance service my Sprinter.
