I am very happy with all my service at this dealer. They go above and beyond every time. I will contiue to keep going back. However, the mileage reported to carfax as 108,162. At the time the mileage was a couple thousand less than what was reported. It's not a huge deal. But if you are getting things done at the dealer like I am it kinda messes things up. Because when others go to report the real mileage they can't because it's less than what was already reported.

Nothing special just an oil change. Although I did ask them to use a BMW oil filter I bought online. They used it because it was an original OEM filter new in box. They also did an inspection of the whole car and sent me an email with everything they did a visual inspection on. Everything came back as fine... but, I already knew nothing was wrong, as I keep up on all my service with the dealer. I'm glad to know that they do look at everything though. Also, clean the car every time. A+++

First off I gave them one star because they took my car without an appointment. Next,they were not friendly,I didn't even receive a smile from the service adviser. I came in for a slow leak in a tire, knowing that they wouldn't fix it. But thought I would give it a try anyway. They didn't fix it. Wanted to sell me a new tire for $300 plus installation. NO THANKS! I normally deal with Tom Hesser BMW in Scranton, any more I will drive to Scranton.
