It was ok. I have a service plan they nearly refused to honor even though the official website says they sell the program too. The service adviser tried to fake like its a west coast thing after I after I already told him I got it in Virginia. Now its just not a south east thing. Wait was 2.5 hours from drop off time for an oil change.

My first time getting an oil change at that place. Im definitely not returning. Service was horrible. My car was completed within the hour however I was waiting for over two. Even after my car was completed my service advisor was no where to be found. Im going to find another dealership for sure.

The pictures on carfax didn't depict the damage on the vehicle. Before test driving the car, I noticed that one of the seat belts were missing and the other didn't work at all. When sitting down with the rep. Was quoted an outrageous price. Was told some of it was to pay for the building and the gas for the other cars on the lot...smh. NOT COOL!!!

The experience at World Toyota was excellent. I recently moved to the area and searched online for a convenient location for service. I read the reviews for World Toyota and was impressed. I have not been disappointed. This last visit was my second and on both occasions I have had great service from the minute I arrived until I left. Excellent workers. Keep up the good work!

Brought in for recall airbag replacement & they recommended $1300+ in repairs. Amazing! I said no except for battery. Took to my service people and aside from unplugging the sunroof drains for greater than half of what world Toyota wanted & which I knew I needed, they said I didnt need the other recommended services!

Never received inspection report at checkout nor by mail until nearly 30 days later. Had to return to dealership even though customer service rep originally stated " Everything looks good". Second 27 point inspection revealed multiple issues, including transmission & engine problems. Been using World Toyota for at least 10 years, servicing 3 vehicles. This last visit will be "THE" Last Visit to World Toyota.

Will never go back. Received email the morning that I drove to their location from sales man saying they still had SUV. Got there and was told the SUV sold the night before and that the email I received was automated. Then they tried to sell us a new SUV, when I was looking at an used SUV. Bate and Switch!

Service was horrible. They didn't check odometer before service. They added 2000+ miles for in and out when it was actually 8000+ They didn't top off nor place air in tires. Horrible. I will be transferring to Atlanta Toyota for my routine maintenance care. They're the best.

I dont recommend this place if you can go somewhere else. I most definitely would do so unfortunately its close to my work but Ive had nothing but issues with this Toyota dealership but this is where I bought the car at with a maintenance plan. Soon as my maintenance plan ends I will go somewhere else that actually values you me as a customer.

If this is the one advertised by a dealer in Conyers, Ga, then am not satisfied. After waiting for two weeks for them to post pictures, they finally did. Problem is, they originally had it priced at $5995, but when they finally added a picture, it was priced at $6995. I was interested until they increased the price.

The dealership did contact me about a truck I had inquired about. However, the price of the truck went up $1,000 overnight. When I ask why I was told it had more equipment. Makes me wonder what kind of profit margin they have. If they price a vehicle, price it right the first time.

Needed new brakes the air didnt work and the timing belt had to be replaced immediately. My sister bought a car from world of Toyota in December and had to get the transmission rebuilt in February. They dont inspect their cars or tell you whats wrong up front. Dont buy a car from them unless you have a mechanic with you

First they call me saying they have my recalled airbags to install ! I call back and they cant find me or my info !! When they find it they say they dont do the recall work ! They finally find me and say they have the part and give me an appointment !! I go to check in and they cant find my car in the computer or my appointment !! ~~~~~~~<~PLEASE PRAY FOR ME !!

My car had still guarantee for the breaks system that failed, with document in hand and all but the rep kept saying it was not good anymore... he left me waiting 2 hours before telling me they were fixing it and it was under guarantee... asked me to wait in the lobby but I left.. it was 5 hours later that they call me to say my car was ready. Did he wanted me to just wait all day in the lobby? that is just a mean employee they got.

Airbag Recall. Waiting 3 1/2 hours without an update is not something I've experienced at World Toyota. In this case the service advisor entered the waiting area after two hours and after making eye contact, hurried on without a word. When I approached her an hour later she was dismissive.

Went to them for a rear axle bearing going bad; wouldnt ifx it unless i bought 4 new tires. Tires are old but not near end of use and certainly not that bad-- and tires have nothing to do with diagnosing and repairing an axle bearing. Did fix 2 recalls while there, but while doing so messed up the hood release cable so it was hanging down and caught my foot while driving. Not going back
