Very careless staff and leadership I will have to go 4-5 times for the same service and no one would tell me anything that what is going on with my brand new 1000-mile driven teuck. But when you ask for a manager no one shows up despite being present there.

Professional, not pushy. Car I went to see & was considering purchasing was definitely nowhere ready for a test drive or sale. That was good to see so that I DIDN'T buy it because it had been completely trashed & likely not maintained mechanically either.

Came in for Oil Change & Front + Rear Brakes with Machining rotors. With Synthetic Oil Change, it's supposed to be good for 10,000 miles, but I keep getting warnings & calls from Service to change oil every 5,000 miles.

The reason your service light comes on every 5,000 miles is because tire rotations are recommended at that interval to ensure even wear and extend tire life. Oil changes with synthetic oil typically alternate and are scheduled for every 10,000 miles, but the system is designed to remind you about other important maintenance items like rotations. I was surprised when I got a text to confirm some additional items recommended such as wiper blades, air filter, etc. which I declined. Just got the oil change & tire rotation. Been going to World Toyota since moving here in 2017.

Dealer recommended filter replacement without checking them. Air and cabin filter were changer a few days before. Got talked into a fuel system for a boggy acceleration. Complicated billing with charges and credits for ToyoGuard items, making it hard to see where shop charges originated from. With an appointment, service took over 3 hours.

Instead of the service advisor coming to the lobby to find me, he called me. Service advisors always came to find you in the lobby. When I got to his desk, he was sending texts back and forth with someone else. I have no idea who. But if I am the customer right in front of him, he should be paying attention to me.

World Toyota is a great place for service of your vehicle. The wait for someone to attend to my check-in (I had an appointment) took way too long (at least 30 minutes) the older service advisor seemed irritated and didn't want to wait on me. But eventually someone did. In all said, I will continue to go to world Toyota. May be customer service training for certain advisors should be recommended.

I got Oil change 11/07/2021. On second day in morning (11/08/2021) all OIL was out of car on the ground. I've No idea what they didn't do on correct way but, it could be a cause to ruin the engine of my car. I fixed the issue by my self without they help, because I won't back to World Toyota to get some kind of service there. That service center is located at 5800 Peachtree Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30341.

The person did not want to update the carafe which is actually a service that I use to get from my previous Toyota service place (Athens, GA). Also, he was not clear on what was the maintenance call for and I ended up paying for service that I am not sure I needed. Plus, in the previous check of the car they mentioned that I needed a new battery and new tires... This time that was not brought up at all!
