I was very disappointed this time with my service. They didn't bolt my skid plate back up on my CTS Cadillac, it's now destroyed. I have to go to a dealership and get an estimate to get it replaced. They never used the guard, there was oily hand prints all over the side of my car. There was oil on the inside of my car on the arm rest and the door. This is the first time that I've had a bad experience with them.

I was on my way home through Kentucky. My dash showed a tire was leaking air. I stopped in Pineville ky at the Walmart store. They were very professional and took my gladiator in quickly. They patched my tire and I've had no problems with the repairs. Thanks

This was one of the best Ive had. They were courteous and got me in and out quicker than they ever had. Only issue is they do not vacuum anymore. Covid is over, bring that back. Also it says they checked my tire pressure and put 35 for all 4 tires but when I got in and checked it wasnt close so Im assuming they skipped it and marked it done. Thats not cool. But overall it was the best Walmart oil change Ive had to date.

They made a note on the receipt that a stud was broken. I was not told and had to ask about it. They said it was already broken and I had to ask for the stud piece and the cap which were retrieved from the trash. The way it was broken it had to be held on by magic to have been holding itself in place. They had no studs to replace it and did not let me know about it at all or where to go for to fix it. When I brought the car in I asked to see the tires being replaced/removed so I could save the best for a spare. Although, noted on the service sheet I was not asked and had to go back to the service desk and ask so I cloud choose one for a spare. Apparently the TPMS light was on and they did not tell me and again once in the car I noticed it on plus it was recorded on the service sheet. No word to me and there was no TPMSs in stock so he walked around and said one was not functioning and 2 were low on battery. This morning none are registering. Needless to say this was not a good experience.
