This will sadly be my last visit to Owasso Walmart Car Center. I arrived, was quickly checked in, truck left outside waiting on 2 vehicles to finish in the bay. Lots of techs walking around talking. I sat in the waiting room 40 minutes before my truck was pulled into the bay. Eventually they drained the oil, and I asked for an upgrade to better filter, that seemed to throw a wrench into the situation. Things started moving very slowly. My tech who checked me in went to get his lunch box and walked into store, never to return. Other techs left also. Then a tech started looking at my truck and then a new customer he seemed to know well needed help with a tire outside and that took 20 minutes. No management at the desk, no associates at the register, many customers pilled up waiting to check out and also get their vehicles completed. It took over 2 hrs to get some oil in my truck so I could leave. There is no excuse! This has been a problem for many years, last time I got my oil changed there, same thing. Lesson learned.

This is truely unacceptable, and wal mart in Owasso Oklahoma, should go in and totally revamp thier car care department. On thev25th of June 2023, I arrived in their ( wal mart) service drive. Literally the first vehicle in line, at 710a. And at 930a , still waiting for 4 new tires to be put on. Guys/mechanics, show NO sense of urgency,. They spend entirely to much time talking to each other. Just slow is the only way to say it.
Hope they improve, I will not go there anymore for vehicle service
