went in to Owasso Walmart Auto Center without an appointment for a set of 4 tires for my truck. Met outside before I even went in by an employee. Showed him on my phone the tires I wanted and he went upstairs right then to make sure they have 4. I chilled in the waiting area while they worked me in. No issues at all. Good experience.

Mechanics were personable but inside employees were cold and indifferent and will not be going back. There was 1 car in the bay when arriving and it took 2 mechanics over an hr. just to replace my battery. I'm not a mechanic, but know it should not have taken over an hr for this. If employees are going to work in a service position being rude is not a way to encourage anyone to do business in your store.

Problem with billing and team lead fixed it.
Tire pressure different one each tire.
Paper left on tire that made a noise when driving. Immediately took it back and Sean found and fixed the problem.
The nex day while hand washing my care I saw 3 lug nut covers missing on the back tires 2 on tire and 1 on another one . Called the service department and waiting on them to get back to me.

The personal were great, however, 2 hrs prior to my scheduled appointment, I received a text and email saying my appointment was canceled. But then, at the appointment time, I received another email & text saying that my tires were actually in, so please come & have them installed. Very confusing. I ordered and paid for my tire online. When I went to pick the tire up at Wal-Mart, automotive dept., they could not find it. I told the associate I had the scan bar for the tire. He told me no need for that he'd look it up. It took a couple of hours to find the tire and get it installed.

Specifically asked for wiper to be replaced along with oil change. Invoice was marked wipers checked.
The old wiper was still on with rubber blade hanging loose just as it was before! Tire pressure also marked as good even though light was on! Wonder what else they skipped?

They charged for changing my windshield wipers and for an oil filter and didn't change either...I got my money returned....but the only person who apologized was the cashier...the Service Manager who refund my money..just looked at me...didn't say a word. I said it really isn't about the money it is about being honest...he kind of chuckled I told him I would never come back for auto service in Owasso , OK., again.
