I had a 12:30 appointment and as of 2 o'clock my car still hadn't been taken in. When I inquired about it I was told they were running a little behind and my car was next. Finally at 3 o'clock I told them I didn't think it took 3 hours for an oil change and they finally brought my car in. Why make an appointment??

They are very friendly, and got the job. Done fairly quickly. Walmart changed vendors and didn't stock up prior to doing so, i had to go to Nappa auto parts and buy an oil filter if I wanted an oil change, plus pay full price for the oil change. I still feel like I paid for the oil filter twice. I'm not sure where I'll get my next oil change. I feel cheated.

Made a one thirty appointment for oil change. Website wouldn't let me book a tire rotation on site. I called and they told me to book the oil change on line and just come in and let them know that I wanted tires rotated and they'd do it. Took them over 3 hours to do both.

I dropped off the car early Tuesday and the shop were efficient. My car was ready in no time. I drove home and parked in the garage. Thur morning i moved the car out to driveway and the oil was leaking real bad. I was heading home to Clermont to be with my family. I really dont know what they did to my car. This not the first time using Walmart oil change. I was always pleased with their service.

Terrible customer service and service model requiring appointments even if no one in the service bay. Also, when I did have an appointment it was cancelled because of inventory. Again, absolutely terrible service and this was at two different Walmarts, same experience.

I had a very bad experience at Walmart Tire Care. It seems like none of the employees know what they are doing. They gave me misleading information and even lied about certain things just so they wouldn't have to do the job. Instead of being upfront and honest, they wasted my time and left me very frustrated. If you're looking for reliable and knowledgeable service, I would not recommend this location at all.

It was horrible service wasted 1 hrs for my car after it was ready not only that I get charge for the rotation when I bought the tire they told me I get rotation free as long as my tire where but at Walmart.. very upset they didn't know what they didn't know that Walmart offer the rotation free all my rotation where free and upset I paid for it this time..

They are always short-handed. Regardless of whether you have an appointment or not, there is a high chance you will have to wait for hours before you can be serviced.
