I went specifically to have tires rotated and Balance. What I got was a rotation only. I didn't understand why and no explanation was given, just we didn't balance them, but 1 wheel has a wobble.

Pricing and time of repair was not bad. They never inflated my new tire. I had to stop at a convenience store when I left to inflated the new tire to the appropriate air pessure.

I usually go to Walmart to get my oil change and have not had a problem yet. This time, I got in 45 minutes after my set time and left with my car making noises that were not present prior. I was also "scolded" by a worker for something needing to be fixed on my car that I did not go there for. Very disappointing. Now I have damage to my car that I will need to spend more money to fix.
