They didn't check my tire pressure as the paperwork stated tall tires were the same in pressure. They also refused to change my headlight because a fuse box was near the light. The other Walmart auto center always fixes it so not sure what their problem is. Won't return to this one anymore.

Employees including the service manager tried to snow me over with bs about how long synthetic oil should be changed. Entry guy gave a range of 1000 to 9000 miles (change it whenever you want") .
Service manager told me they recommend changing every 3000 miles when the bottle says you can let it go up to 20,000 miles. When I asked why he was recommending three he just said well that's because "oil companies want it that way". I said that's not good enough. " Tell me WHY you recommend 3000 miles for an oil that covers 20000 mile oil (even half that at worst) . He could give me a good answer.
I mentioned that the entry person did not even recommend high mileage oil for my vehicle. It was $10 less so I said I wanted them to replace the oil they just put in with the high mileage oil. Or just refund me $10. He said he would not refund $10, but would change the regular synthetic the but in at no charge and he would absorbs the $68 on the first charge. That didn't make sense to me. I didn't trust he would change for original he put in, so I said " Leave the original you put in and because you can't be honest with me about why for still recommending 3000 mile changes for a 20000 oil ." He told me I could go elsewhere. I said I will. Unbelievable . Like I'm supposed just believe their bs ? Also in the past they told me I needed a new air filter when I had just put one in. Really? And in the past another store installed the wrong size tires recommended for my car!! To keep me quiet the gave me 4 new ones which was good but it told me Walmart doesn't hire qualified tire and oil people.
