Terry the auto center manager was so helpful. I explained how bold my tires were and that I was riding on a wing and a prayer I couldn't wait another 4 days for an appointment. He got me in first thing in the morning the next day. And was very informative as to what I should do to keep my tires able to last longer. One being make sure I get a front end alignment.

Very stressfull to deal with walmart service center personal , they are very busy checking out shoppers and dealing with service appointments . I am not happy with the whole service. Walmart employees are very rude. I will not consider doing my car maintenance in the future, i had a very bad experience.

The second time I asked for tires to be rotated and it wasn't done! They allow me to leave thinking that service was done but when I got notification for tire rotation I checked to see it was done at the time I requested!

They need to be a little bit more clearer on if you any problems with your vehicle because they have you sign a waiver before they do anything and I don't think that's right

Customer service by Roseti and Malyk was excellent. The minus 1star was I was told that it should take about an hour it took almost 2 hours. It would have been nice for someone to say that it was taking longer.

Great. Fast. But they didn't lock my car when they were done and left it in the lot. There was a setting that needed to be reset, but not sure it was something they needed to do.

Very fast and reliable, only downside is that the appointment can't be made for tire rotation only for new tires, but they are able to override it quickly and the appointment doesn't get lost.

Zero customer service. Canceled my appointment 2h before it by just sending email (did not call).
Next day had to wait in a line to have my tires changed, it took them 1 h 40 min to change 4 tires. Spend total of 4 hours there.
Also they installed tires with different production date. 2 tires from May 2024 and 2 tires from Feb 2025. And put 2024 tires on right side, 2025 on left instead of putting tires from same year on front or back.

I've always relied on Walmart for good service at a good price, but that's changed in the past couple of years. The auto center is poorly managed and insufficiently staffed. The associate who writes up the service request doesn't seem to know what any of it is and when I got my car back I discovered that they hadn't done all the work I asked for.

I thought I was going to get my sensors done with the oil change and rotation of tires but it didn't happen because they aren't in stock. You need more help at the front counter with all the stores in that department; but for the most part I was pleasantly pleased with my service.

My tires are good so far. Tbe service was fine until they added a part on my tires and I was given an additional price then what I paid online. They never called me to ask if I want the additional item on my car. It was done and I was forced to pay. Next time, call a customer and ask.

Walmart Auto Care Center employees mixed up the window stickers and automatically my mileage increased by 50 thousand miles. Walmart Auto Care Center employees also tried to deceive me and said that their data did not get into Carfax reports. I spent a lot of time and effort to change the data in Carfax. Never again!

Arrived at Walmart 6:50am. Walmart auto service open time is 7am. Did not open until 7:15. I was 3rd in line. Did not start taking customers until 7:30. I did not leave Walmart until after 9am. I was only there to get a patch in my tire. They took people that came after me that were getting new tires,oil changes, etc. I bought my tires at Walmart and also purchased the hazard package. That's why I came there to get my tire patched.

The team at the Walmart Auto Center was very efficient installing my tires. The check-in process was easy and it was convenient to shop in the store while my vehicle was being worked on. I ordered my tires through Walmart online and they were delivered to the service center. The communication flow from ordering to setting an appointment to arrival and completion was great. Everyone I encountered was friendly and customer-focused.
