We were very happy. We purchased a new set of tires. We ordered the tires we wanted through Walmart Online. We paid a small amount extra the day of installation and got free rotations free repairs and if not repairable they replace for free.

It was hands down the worst service ever. I got my car checked in at 10:57. My car was the ONLY car there for an oil change, they all went to lunch at 11:05 AM, I was going to go somewhere else but they locked my key up and they came from lunch at 1:30 PM. I was finally allowed to leave around 2. I was surprised they kept my car hostage for so long. They never apologized or for doing that to me

Good, quick service on vehicle but delayed in checking out after receiving "Vehicle Ready for Pickup" text notification. Even had an employee walk by on personal phone without greeting me standing at register...after I tapped the "need assistance" screen three times...I only saw 2 technicians working when I originally pulled up for my scheduled appointment & the same 2 were out in the bay working on other cars so this guy was maybe on break before going out to chat with the techs working but still - good customer service is still greeting people & being aware contextually of someone needing help.

I didn't like after I pade for everything on line when I placed my order and the day of my appointment i get told they can't find me in the computer for my appointment and they had to refund the the order and I would have to pay again but they still can do the tires who has a extra 900.00 dollars to pay again and wait for the refund it's been 3 days and still no refund yet theses days who can afford to buy tires and service and the road protection 2 times but wait for a refund really walmart could take up to 10 days we'll likes like ill be scraping by waiting for the refund if I didn't need the tires I wouldn't have ordered them over great day at Walmart.
