My vehicle was delivered by 0830am. I had to call at 1:30 to inquire status, it was then that I was told the lift or alignment machine was down. So all that was able to be completed was tire rotation. Will need to visit Hebert Jeep in Natchitoches for alignment.

The problem has yet to be fixed. My rear glass was leaking, first they resealed the rear glass and it leaked, replaced third break light and it still leaks. They now tell someone in upper management will have to make a decision on what they may be able to do.

It ended well but did not start out that way. My truck had recall curtain airbags. When I arrived early for appointment they began by telling they did not even know that they had the parts. After all the appointment was made by them. The person who I met at the desk was sort of rude to begin with. I am not the type of person to be rude to ,but guessing it was because I was a female..

Had a coupon and after the service they said they couldn't honor it. They said they rotated tires bit the scuff on my rim was in the same location after so obviously didn't rotate them. Had to spend 91 dollars instead of the coupons 30 dollars and they lied about rotating tires. Was not happy! Will not go back for service at that location.

They always do a thorough job and check everything. My only complaint is the length of time it took for the recalls to be done. It literally took all day to be completed. It would have been nice to be notified how long it would take before we had waited 4 hours.

Very poor and sad, I went to see about the Chevy Cruze and they told me that they are not selling no Chevy Cruze because the Chevy Cruze are having a malfunction and a Chevy Cruze 2015 has motor problems and they lie with false advertisements. They lied just to get people to come out to Walker. I waste my gas for a lie

Waited 6 hrs for an oil change, and a repair. The repair wasn't done so I was told to bring my vehicle back, which I did. Under the understanding that they had to change a part, however after speaking with a RAM/MOPAR Representative it was only a loose bolt that needed to tighten and no part had to be changed. The dealership kept my vehicle for 3 days to tighten a bolt. I'm super impressed
