Very happy with my service here. They were efficient, they knew their stuff (like the quirky Kia oil filters and we joked about how long it took Kia to get those right), I appreciated they were tied into carfax too since some shops aren't. I'll be back!

Friendly staff, They took off the plastic skip plate and has problems putting it back on. Note" On the next service, they indicated 3000 miles for synthetic oil and filter. Most online source recommend 7000-10,000 miles so 3000 would be less than half the oil change mileage recommended by other sources. They would not change the sticker for the next oil change mileage so that is deceptive. Used the online discount to save 20-25 bucks

Popped in as dealer forgot oil change in my tune up, wanted everything on same schedule! Very pleased, they do their inspection , needed air filter & cabin filter was in and out in 1/2 hour tops! All the techs were helpful! Plus they are new in my town!

Good experience.. I think the loud communication between the team members is over the top.. and kind of funny (not in a good way) I understand the need for communication, just seems excessive. This is not limited too Valvoline sites, just seems over the top.
