This was an okay visit for our oil change this time. The older gentleman is delightful and we just adore him and his help. But there was a trainee I believe, his attitude to listening and the instructions given were poor and rude. When being instructed he would talk badly and not listen fully to what the older gentleman would tell him. He would then complain about how, "it's too early for this bs." He wasn't paying attention to what he was doing on our car after being instructed more than once and we had to remind him that he didn't put the cover back onto the engine. Again, the older gentleman clarified everything to him properly, but the trainee showed no interest of care in the work at all. We are satisfied with the older gentleman helping with our needs, but we were not satisfied with the trainees poor attitude or care of our car or speaking so rudely out loud about being trained properly. It makes us worried about future needs to our car if trainees as himself act as they do.
