1. Estimated service time was twice as long as originally estimated.
2. Technicians had a lot of trouble performing the transmission service that was up-sold. If they were not experienced or competent enough to complete said work the work should never have been recommended.
3. There was no compensation offered to cancel out being caused to be late to work.

Definitely not the services I was expecting. They also put the wrong oil when I requested a different oil for my vehicle. Seems like the communication is off with the employees.

The guy that helped me has been there forever, kind, didn't talk down to me, suggested several things that I had not maintained, as was AMAZING when I told him my husband would take care of them. I am not a car guy but went to this place to get a quick oil change. Was told my car would not pass inspection due to power steering fluid needing to be replaced. Did some reading and found out that is not on the Texas Inspection report. After looking at reviews online apparently this is a normal practice at this location. They did do the oil change quickly.

Greeted in the morning and asked how they could help me. I told them needed state inspection. they showed me where to park the car and leave Insurance and keys in car. they informed me how many cars were ahead of me and completed the job within a reasonable amount of time.
