I usually give 5 stars, but I did not this time because they refused to drain and fill my transmission because the fill hole is underneath the vehicle. I found this upsetting being that they did my transfer case and differential which is the same procedure as the as the transmission would be. I will continue to be a customer.

There were things that were checked off that weren't completed. One main thing is the reset of my oil change light and alert but the oil change was easy and I had a coupon through the mail.

Took 2hrs to get the oil and filter changed and they broke the oil filter housing.,, I am 180 miles away from my home and stuck here in Bradenton trying to get my truck fixed from their incompetence. Oil all over my car and almost blew my engine. I know have to get a rental car to make it home and then have to drive all the way back to pickup my truck. They will be paying for everything I've lost here.

I had to go back as they didn't put enough oil in my car. It takes 4.8 and when they drained it to check to see how much was in there, it was 4.0. Then they tried to charge me for the .8 missed. I drove 30 minutes just to go back there. $120 so not worth it. Never again.

Will not go there again for oil change. Recorded mileage on invoice incorrectly as 720,955 (actual milage 72,095). Had numerous droplets of oil on windshield; don't know how they got there (had to stop on the road to clean). Even with a $10 discount coupon, price for the oil change was high ($110). Cheaper at dealership!

I brought in my own oil and filter and the service was fast and thorough. Unfortunately, its over $100 for an oil change on my car and they did a courtesy of doing it for just $40 since I didnt know their new policy. Ill just go back to doing it myself or find another business that will do an oil change labor only at a reasonable cost.

Very thorough visit covering their excellent MaxLife product, toping fluids, and checking air pressure in the tires. Of course they verified that the wipers were up to par as well. This location has more customers than other locations I have visited, an indication they have a lot of repeat customers--a good sign!
