They are always very nice and efficient. This time they told me my coolant was low before I opened the hood and then never checked my tire pressure, but told me that they set all tires to 35psi. Maybe they are trying to go to fast to get customers in and out?

I went towards the end of day on a Friday so I felt a little bad coming in but even though it was late the staff was extremely helpful and quick. Everyone was really nice and you could hear them communicating between each other on everything they were doing. I was probably there less than 20 minutes.

Valvoline has been a trusted primary service provider for this car. Unfortunately, we just learned they don't check fluids normally during oil changes unless asked first? This resulted in a low coolant level and then we were charged for adding coolant.

I like this location but this visit the guy was way to pushy with selling me services I said I didn't want. Basically came across as begging, he was like come on are you sure. No! Get the hint! He literally asked me multiple times even after politely saying no. He seemed mad and didn't reset my maintenance light.

The employees here are a pleasure to work with and are very efficient. Where the Ford dealership seems intent on upselling you on "cabin filters" for $150 and everything else to get the oil change bill over $500 this crew works in your best interest! I will be back here again!
