Great experience! I took my leased car in for an oil change right before turning it in and did not want any other services. I've had bad experiences at other shops in the past and was not looking forward to it - but I was pleasantly surprised! They were super friendly and didn't try to pressure me into things I wasn't there for. 10/10

oil change was solid since they did in fact replace my oil. no extra checks like if my lights work or if I needed washer fluid. also the technician was randomly transphobic after I asked what beer he drinking after work since he told me he would be drinking and watching tv for his saturday night. He said "I hated bud light even before all the trans stuff." totally unprofessional and will be the reason why I do not return.

The bare minimum of an oil and filter change was done. That and the air filter because that would be a markup on the sale. No light check, no wiper fluid, nothing. I had to ask the guy to please check the air in my tires as one is reading low. He then, grudgingly, checked and filled the tires. I always come here and have NEVER had bad service before.

Love the convenience of these spots! Normally they are really great about communicating each step, even asking or providing you with coupons. This visit was just average, team did not seem to be communicating, didn't check my lights or show me fluids or communicate what they were doing. Must've been an off day, as most teams and locations are great. Will keep going, but hoping to have better service next visit!

It took 40 minutes and for $150 it was a waste of time. All asked for was an oil change, refill windshield wiper fluid and check air in tires. They recommended air filter change, which I agreed to. I've had oil changes at places that specialize in this kind of service, like I assumed Ed's would, and they are much more efficient. I will not return.

Although the service was fast at this Uncle Ed's, I noticed that several items of the 19 point check were not completed. (However, they marked them completed on the final report.) Usually the service at Uncle Ed's is fantastic and I was not impressed this time.

Seemed annoyed when I didnt want to purchase a new air filter so despite no one else being there rushed through the rest of my service skipped light check and tire pressure (which was low-I have a slow leak in one tire). Only friendly and attentive when they can upswell you.

I have an engine that a bit unusual for the Cadillac ATS. The high performance 3.6 liter engine has a unique air filter, that normally requires a trip to the auto parts store for replacement. I was pleased the part was available at my Uncle Eds location and the price for the oil change seemed fair. Nice job!
