Quick oil change and honest service! They suggested a different oil for my leaky engine and inspected a noise which turned out to be my power steering pump. They provided me a quote but didn't push me to change the pump as they said I could wait a while longer if I needed to.

True Tech is the best! They fit me in last minute. They went above and beyond with cleaning out drainage holes so that my blower motor didn't get shorted out again. They always tell me what the issue is and are honest about what needs to be done now and what can wait.

I brought my truck in for an oil change and found out that the manifolds on my truck needed to be replaced, along with some lug nuts that were broken off! Mike gave me a fair estimate, talked me through what needed to be done, repaired my truck quickly and got me back on the road.

Had the pump inside the fuel tank replaced for a manageable price. A leak developed about three blocks away and they took care of it immediately.
Also, took the truck in to have the brakes checked due to loud squeaks. Rather than upcharge us as other chains do, I was told that the brakes have a lot of life left and the pads just need to be rinsed off.
Their honesty is a breath of fresh air. We will have them take care of the maintenance needs for all of our trucks.
