This was the 150,000 mile service, which includes several fluid replacements. I was going to wait for the service, but it was going to take several hours to complete. The dealership arranged an UBER ride for me to get home. When the car was ready, my wife and I drove tot he dealership to pick it up. I really like the option to log in to see the progress of the service and watch the video of the safety inspections.

Video Coverage of inspection and recommendations was greatly appreciated. I understand this has been in progress at the dealership for a while but my first exposure was very positive. The quality at Magnussen's in Palo Alto has been going down. The service advisors lie to your face that they would have the cars driven but they don't even touch your car until its time to close. This happened at my previous visit on Dec 17. They really do not want to do anything but the bare minimum.

Did not get to my car until the end of the day, even though I dropped it off at 10 am. They did a diagnostic test said there were no errors, even though I told them specifically to try while driving. Now they say you should replace your display unit and we cant tell you how much it costs because we need to take out your display to read the serial number and we dont have time to do that! WTH!

I purchased the vehicle and the process was very smooth. I would say this was a good experience overall. I've been to other dealerships where they play the typical gotta talk to my manager routine that takes hours and that wasn't the experience here. I would purchase another car from them!

Service was good and thorough, picked up a couple of problems that could have been serious; the vehicle was done on time. My major complaint is the recent increase in prices for service, which may be justified, but could end up driving customers away to cheaper places for routine service.

Brought car in for tire rotation/routine check, my paperwork had the pressure of my tires, including the spare recorded. My 2019 prius does not have a spare tire lol. This made me doubt the veracity of everything they supposedly checked, and then why am i wasting my time bringing my car for this at all?

He said he would do it the same afternoon when we returned to get our morning Prius thus saving us a trip. He not only serviced both cars on the same day but fixed a problem on afternoon car. The service was OK but the communication was a problem. I was told the appointment was Thursday but they scheduled it for Saturday. I left the car off on Wednesday night and they serviced it on Thursday, so I asked them to cancel the Saturday appointment. They said they did, but I got an email asking me to confirm the Saturday appointment. Verdict: Service was OK but the scheduling and communication had problems.

All service was fine except for brakes. They tried to charge me $90 to replace cabin air filter which is a 2 min job with a $10 part. They gave me no warning about my brakes and a week later my front right brake was completely gone. They also did not wash the car and it got quite dirty because they left it outside over night
