Tony, the manager, acted in a professional manner and has great technical knowledge, of automobile service. I bought 4 tires there in the past and am very happy with their performance on my 2019 Nissan Murano. I also have oil changes, brakes and alignments checked there regularly.

Ended up with a nail in the sidewall of my front right tire. Went to Tire Choice on Saturday & they ordered me the same exact original equipment Bridgestone tire & it was there on Monday. Tony the GM took care of me immediately once the tire arrived. Very happy customer.

Store manager is rude and obnoxious. Gave me a total run around with my bad tire. Only reason I went back is because I bought their stupidly expensive road side hazard insurance and had to. Will never do that again. First day I went there I was told none of the employees showed up for work. I do understand why!

Had to get new rear brakes and a new caliber on one side and I also got a set of tires. Car was filthy when I got in on the side walls, and had to go back a week later as I was having some noise problem happening when they told me I needed to brakes. Was then told the caliber that they put on was bad and I would need a new one , "sometimes they come defective", so they ordered another one and said it will be no charge but then they called back to say they should have done the rotors when they first did the car and it would be another $480 on top of the original about 2k I spent. After picking it up and examining my two bills I noticed on the first one I was absolutely charged and paid for rotors but yet you're telling me that in a week they could have worn completely down from one bad caliber? Anyways district manager was there when I went in to point out that I was charged twice so he issued me a refund that would take 7-10 business days and I wrote down my correct email for him since they had my husbands and I have never received an email and it's been 10 days. I called to talk to someone about it today and was told it was issued and it could take 12-15 days I asked to be called back by district manager as I needed to see an email because they are showing a visa and I paid by ax still waiting on return call.
I feel like there is a lot of bait and switch at this store and will not be recommending them to the clients I serve in the area for airport shuttle.
