Having been an auto tech for 25 years at both large dealerships and independents the service I received at Team Mazda was quite impressive. The tech was very thorough and I knew that because he sent me a text while doing the service and showed me every thing he examined and showed me the wear items as he measured them. This should be standard procedure at ALL dealerships as it raises the level of trust wither the customer. This was my first service and would have given it a 5 except I am waiting to see what they tell me about whether or not a broken non wear item will be covered under my bumper to bumper warranty. My service advisor Lulu is very personable and listens to my concerns.
